NO is how you identify the adult in the room. A child (much like a libtard) has no concept of fiscal responsibility. They see something, and they just know that they want it. They have no concept of cost or budgets, income and expenses (sadly, just like Dumbocrats in government). But the adult weighs all of these critical factors and says NO more often than they say yes.
