Democracy Now gives us a perfect display of the dishonesty of the left .

No Elon is undeniably wealthy. Obviously he’s more savvy than Trump despite being just as obnoxious
Trump has some of the outstanding homes he has to live in. Elon lives in a small trailer.

He sent Hillary into retirement. That alone was a massive accomplishment, one for which there will be rejoicing for years to come.
They get really warm inside believing it was Trumps dad and not Donald who managed to accumulate something like 5 Billion dollars. Trumps dad started with a much smaller base is their claims. But Donald has now more than 5 billion dollars. That is so much more than his dad ever had it makes no sense to put down the Trump fortune.

They think they diminish Donald Trump. But hell, any of us would love having Trump's wealth now.
Donald Trump/Net worth
5.1 billion USD
2024

The judge who was upset got overruled by a higher ranking judge. Trump got his bond.
Jesus you are stupid. Trump did NOT “get his bond”. He cried that no one would guarantee the 480 million dollar bond for him and they reduced it to less than half that.

Someone (do we know who?) guaranteed that much lower bond

If Trump had invested the millions his father GAVE him in the market he would have done much better

Yeah he is fantastically rich because of daddy’s money. Think about if you were given a handout in the 10s of millions. Don’t you think you could sustain that wealth relatively easily?
Trump went bankrupt, and then built it all back. Everything he has now he earned.

Did the Market offer him Democrats created tax deductions? Property is still the finest of all investments.

Look Lesh, as much as you bullshit the posters, you are supposedly smart enough to know you are not the genius. But some of us are. But not you.

Go away gramps

So Trump didn’t have the collateral to get a bank to cover that reduced bond… he had to beg some crony to put up the bond guarantee..

Maybe the man called Trump and offered him financial assistance. A huge amount of Americans really like Trump a hell of a lot. I can't speak of being cronies. I had never heard of the Car magnate who happens to be worth half again what Trump is worth. He can buy Trump.

And Trump would have been better off investing in the S&P instead of losing millions

First Trumps properties are worth staggering amounts. And buildings are not always fast cash. Stocks are fast cash and that is why you recommend them. Why when Bush recommended stocks for pensions and savings were the Democrats fighting him so hard?

Its reauthorization has been bipartisan. You complain about the dishonesty of the left, but not the right. Tribal politics in play.
Bipartisan does not explain all of the story. Say 2 republicans agree with all of the Democrats. Democrats always pump their fist and say it was Bipartisan. But what about the rest of the Republicans wishes? A good way to see this is transpose it to Democrats support by 2 votes. Would you eagerly say it was bipartisan?

And not hiring the tens of thousands he's hired over the years. Sure, he could have just invested it all and lived a life of luxury, but he put it to work. Perspective matters.

Move the goal posts much?

So now you claim Trump lost all those millions because he wanted to help out the common man?

You dope.

He stiffed a lot of them and drove some out of business
