They claim Mcdonalds set them up for failure by them running business in the hood. Judge did not agree and dismissed the case .

Anyone who is forced to serve primarily ladies and gentlemen and boys and girls of ethnicity X is going to find it rough going, no matter if it is in the hood or in downtown.

The behavior of a large proportion of those folks is just, well, unbelievable!

We can read that in the quotation that is provided in the link. We need you to find a quote that provides the explanation. Let's see if I can find it.

McDonald's has denied wrongdoing and has said that while it may recommend store locations, franchisees make the final decisions.

Yes. You see, the franchisees make the final location decisions, and it is a good chance that although McDonald's is not racist, they know the black neighborhoods suck, because they have black people who want all the free stuff, and freedom to tear the place up. Did you see this video?

Our local Popeye's is doing OK.....Armed Pakis run it. ;)

My AO is 7.1% black and on the whole pretty well behaved with most of the problem being "imported" negros from DC, Philly, and NYC that hide-out with relatives till they act-out like they do in those places, the local blacks get sick of their shit, and they get snitched-out, arrested, and then sent to prison.

The "imports" always get them some real felon time because most have felon warrants and/or a long list of felon convictions where they came from and it's considered a public service to jack them up......Hell, one guy from Philly just got him 40 years a week or so ago for attempted murder.

52 Black former franchise owners who claim the fast-food chain set them up for failure by steering them toward crime-ridden, low-income neighborhoods.

Oh the pain. Black people finally admit that they can't make money serving other blacks in black communities because blacks run them all down with high crime!

I never owned a franchise but people and companies large an small already own choice spots

Some guy may own 10 dominoes with a small admin staff
Some company may own 400 stores

Have they seen what happens in mcdos in jogger land....apparently they have .....lots of dollar menu orders I would also imagine .....

Unless they're taking food stamps these days

A federal judge in Chicago dismissed the 2020 lawsuit in a written order last week, but gave the plaintiffs until Oct. 21 to file an amended complaint. The judge did not explain why he dismissed the case.

So he didn't totally dismiss it, should have known ole mumble mouth would leave that part out.

Could be true.

I could see idiot lefty College Grads, well indoctrinated, thinking that they were doing something good by taking black franchise applicants and steering them to black areas, where of course their blackness would give them some racial advantge with dealing with...black communities, or some such stupid liberal idea.

Or it could just be that Franchise operations are set up to benefit the franchisER, primarily and it is fucking hard to make it, especially as a johnny come lately, where the good locations were already taken decades ago.

Let's see, business doesn't do well in black ghetto inner city hoods. Big shocker there.

The franchise owners took a gamble buying the franchises and lost. That's all there is to it. The fact they even attempted that is a testament to their inability to think things through.

That's as stupid as trying to open a boost mobile or a check cashing business in all white area with the cheapest houses costing 900,000 dollars. It isn't going to work.

There behavior and attitude is beyond shocking

The irony Q is that without realizing it, the black entrepreneurs are ADMITTING the very thing which they have reviled against other non-black people saying for years, except that when THEY did it, it was racism--- but now that they are suffering the slings of black people's effect on the community, they call it unfairness from the McDonald's Corporation.

Either way, more often than not, many black people are their own cause of much of the poverty they suffer from because after all, who wants to live in, go through, shop at or eat in much less invest in a community of high crime all run down and torn apart? Apparently not even Black people.
