31 year old woman who raped a 13 year old boy gets no prison time.

As inappropriate as it might be, a 13 year old boy with an erection wants sex.
I guess, when I was 13 I wanted 'something' for sure--I wasn't really sure just what, to be honest. A grown women yanking my pants off would have been weird--I was still very much a child. Maybe I was just way behind the curve--or maybe..I was a completely normal 13 year old totally unready for adult behaviors~

Me...I'd terminate her parental rights in a heartbeat and allow the victim's family to find redemption and closure in raising their grandchild.

Oh and she got pregnant also. A man would get 20 years. You know the DA has to be a democrat.

A 31-year-old Colorado woman won't see the inside of a prison cell despite admitting to having sex with a 13-year-old boy in June 2022.

It later emerged that Andrea Serrano had become pregnant as a result of the sexual assault on the minor. She was freed shortly after her original arrest in July of last year on a $70,000 bond.

The Fountain Police Department had charged Serrano with sexual assault on a child by one in a position of trust, as well as sexual assault on a child. Investigators said that Serrano admitted to the relationship.

On Friday, it was widely reported that Serrano's lawyers had come to a plea deal with prosecutors that will force her to register as a sex offender but means she will avoid prison.

Since her arrest, Serrano has given birth to the teen's baby. The child is in her care. His family are planning to petition the courts to gain custody. The victim is now 14 years old.

Andrea Serrano is accused of having a 'mother figure' relationship with the 13-year-old she assaulted'mother figure' relationship with the 13-year-old she assaulted

How can a woman rape a male? C'mon now! :cuckoo:

here guys, it's just not that hard--

Who files for divorce more statistics?

Wives are the ones who most often file for divorce at 66 percent on average. That figure has soared to nearly 75 percent in some years.

Which gender is more affected by divorce?

Though women tend to take a bigger financial hit from divorce, men often suffer more emotionally and psychologically. Men are more likely than women to suffer from depression after a divorce, and when they experience depression, it tends to consume men more fully than it consumes women.

Who loses more in a divorce?

While both genders see a rise in deaths following divorce, the rate for men is 1,773 per 100,000, compared to 1,096 for women. Sociologists hypothesize that one reason may be that men have less practice, and therefore fewer skills, when it comes to taking care of themselves.

What is the number 1 reason for divorce?

According to various studies, the three most common causes of divorce are conflict, arguing, irretrievable breakdown in the relationship, lack of commitment, infidelity, and lack of physical intimacy. The least common reasons are lack of shared interests and incompatibility between partners.

Who regrets divorce more?

In a study conducted by legal website www.avvo.com, 73 percent of women reported having no regret over their divorce, compared to 61 percent of men. Research has shown that men tend to worry about being on their own again after a divorce more than women do.
Otoh,

Okay, cuck. Do you not know about erections and things like that? :confused-84:

Do you need a biology lesson?

A woman cannot force sex on a male. If there's an erection, the male wants sex. No erection, no sex. Get it now?

A 13 year old can get an erection if the wind blows too hard, that does not mean they want to have sex with their 31 year old teacher.

You people are why there are so many rapes in this country, you should literally be taken out and shot.

Otoh,
This article makes the point that a civil marrige contract would alleviate much of this disparity. From your link:

“Women’s household income fell by an average of 41 percent with divorce, almost twice the size of the decline that men experienced,” reported the the U.S. Government Accountability Office to the Senate. According to the U.S. census, 20 percent of women fall into poverty after a divorce (compared with 11 percent of men). About 25 percent lose their health insurance (though usually temporarily).

Women are also “more dependent on their partners and therefore at a higher risk of losses in terms of quality and security of housing after divorce,” wrote Thomas Leopold in his study, “Gender Differences in the Consequences of Divorce: A Study of Multiple Outcomes.” “Women experience disproportionate declines in household income and standard of living as well as sharp increases in the risk of poverty. Their former husbands, in contrast may even improve their standard of living in post-divorce years.”

This is true.
Every dude remembers the horrors of junior high with getting erections while sitting in class, walking in the hall way, at the dinner table etc. etc. I remember sitting in class trying to will it to go away because the bell was about to ring between classes.
At that age, an erection happens all on it's own whether you are aroused or not

And it would be ever so awful if a female were to help you alleviate it, amirite? :rolleyes-41:

Yet according to our He‐Man Woman Hater chapter president women make out like bandits in every divorce.

I've been listening you blather on for a while now--but your ignorance on this subject and your high-school locker room rhetoric--is amusing, allow me to take on the futile task of educating you:

Rape is about power and control..the power a 31 year old has in a sexual relationship with a 13 year old is virtually total. Hence, he cannot consent legally..and really even actually, as he has no idea as to what he is consenting to, ya see. Stimulating a child's sexual desires and then using that erection to claim, "he wanted it" Is a crime--We call that 'Rape'.
Yeah, the boy might have been bragging about it..but he is much more likely to have not said a word---women molesters usually are relationship oriented..or they may have had an ongoing thing---how do you think that warped his perceptions and behaviors?

BTW...There is plenty of sex without an erection..I believe that intercourse is the term that actually requires the stiffie. An erection is a physical reaction, as i remember 13, that I had zero control over when and where.

Different time.
When I was 13 (1978) boys that age were waaaaaaaaaaay less informed about sex than now with porn everywhere. I had a crush on my 6th grade teacher, I was quite enamored by her. But the thoughts were less sexual than how I felt about hot teachers in high school
