Good. Bring the baby to term, perform a cesarean...and pull the plug. The grandmother should want to keep the only part of her daughter which will live on.

Amen to this. If anything, the baby should only be more special because of the very circumstances. I don't mean to sound insensitive when I say this, but why should a baby bite the big one because the brain trains of other people can only travel so far a distance?
