I don’t think the PT will ever get beyond 30 percent but it seems enough.
I am still in slight pain and discomfort
However , my back is stable and no longer is collapsing like a 70 yr old man

My insurance won’t cover it and I have had 10 appointments at a whopping $90 an hour
I think In a few weeks I am going to cut it back from twice a week to only once ??
Do u think this is good

Are there similarly therapeutic actions you can do at home without special equipment?

I think in 2 week I am going to jog

My cardio is weak
A good 2 miles is enough but even that will take time to build up to

My wife had an L5-S1 fusion about 12 years ago; the surgeon told her it would fix the pain she had (a nerve was getting squeezed, and she had chronic leg pain as a result), but she'd never be pain-free.

Try a bike it is not a jarring to the spine as a run.

My brother had back problems. He bought that do dad in an infomercial where you lay on like a cot and hang upside down for a while. He's no having any problems any more, plus it helps his colon as well; apparently your colon 'settles over time and constricts. Some people even have to have surgery to get it 'unpacked' and loosened up.
