He probably didn't have one, we have the same problem here in the UK people on the roads who shouldn't be, a few years ago i worked with a guy who was due to retire he was so excited about all he was going to do, he didn't live long enough to retire two weeks later he was mowed down by some moron doing 70mls an hour in a 30 zone.

I'm not defending him but he was very, very likely in shock.

Despite the law, the last 20 years of Governors have required us to issue drivers, cdl, electricians , plumbers, flaggers, and explosives licenses to illegals and we give them the exam in their native language and provide an interpreter…. they don’t read or speak English and have fake SSN which we are barred from verifying.


I've worked 14 years for the State of WA myself and would have to agree with this......everything is provided in native language, free interpreter and not allowed to verify some info. Not to mention certain population groups are given extra points on any given tests, just because.

I worked for a logistics company here in the UK, if we got a new driver he had to have all hispaperwork in order including a up to date DL, how can anyone be employed without it? only thing i can think of is corrupt Employers, but the Police can do a random stop anytime to check documents anytime
