I would like to say yes that I do personally trust him myself not to begin a new war like World War III. However, considering the fact that he hasn't been keeping all of his campaign promises and been backpedaling a bit, that's a tiny yes that I'm saying, but as of right now yes I do trust Trump knows what he's doing. Would a new war be necessary though? Well, that's a whole different question that I can't answer yet.

I marked myself down as being on the fence. Although during this and Trump's prior administration his leading us into war hasn't been a concern of mine.

To a greater extent my concern has been his America 1st rhetoric which I see as limiting his ability to influence other countries to our cause if a critical matter arose.

I'm a No vote.

He is not persecuting the Lone War he has started in an efficient manner. He's also playing games with the lone wolf act with Congress.

When the business with Iran is done, I simply can't believe he wouldn't start another if he felt it was justified.

WTF is a "new ongoing" war? If it is ongoing it wouldn't be new, lol
If it’s “ongoing,” it already began. So, it couldn’t be “new.”

The thread headline question and the thought-process behind it literally make no sense.

So, I presume that the OP is trying to ask the less convoluted question: “Do [we] trust that President Trump’s military action against the Iranian Islamofascist regime will not escalate into a true World War?”

I happen to assume that it will not. But, I also believe that the world is better-off — by far — with Iran unable to make nuclear weapons.
