Well, that's totally false. Bill Taylor even went to the front lines and viewed Russian positions and talked to Ukrainian soldiers about the situation. They made it clear to him how important the Javelin Missiles were to defending against the Russians. The President of Ukraine knew about the hold up on the Javelin Missiles and asked about it in the phone call.

In addition, Trump made meeting him in the White House conditional on The President of Ukraine investigating the Bidens and the 2016 election. So even without the military aid, you have a quid pro quo there as well. Hell, even the phone call on July 25, 2019 was conditioned on the President of Ukraine being willing to "play ball on BIDEN".

Trump risked U.S. national security in order to try and find information in order to improve his chance of winning in a U.S. election. Its illegal, an abuse of power, as well as TREASON!
