Since the word originally described a punishment that was exclusive to blacks and Republicans, Democrats shouldn't have used the word to describe Clinton's impeachment. Actual lynchings back in the day were performed by the party who wore white robes and burned crosses in front of the homes of blacks and Republicans. Lefties like to forget that their party did the cross burning and lynchings to Republicans, and not just blacks.
