Will the Real Lewdog Please Stand Up?

I think it only seems that way because they recognized that we shared an enemy.

Thats entirely possible but Trump is closer to hillary so "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" really doesn't fit in this case.
Unless of course they really have a hard on for hillary but again that doesnt make sense since hillary is already toast.
Remember that she hosed their hero out of the nomination unfairly. There's a grudge there. She also represents everything Socialists hate.

I agree that could have had an impact before the election results came in.
At this point they'd be betraying their principles to the extreme.
Which of course would bring up another theory that would be hard to rap your head around.
It'd be like you cheering for hillary as a Cruz supporter....very unlikely.
Trump has no actual policies, so it wouldn't really be anything like that.

And I have to say that what we do know of Trumps policies have zero correlation to bernies.
Maybe they believe Trump as much as I do.

Only referring to them in general, not the people he listed specifically. I'm mainly referring to Bernie's supporters.

Not all of Bernie's supporters are Socialist either. Bernie wasn't a Socialist, he was a Democratic Socialist.
Only if you take his word for it, which I don't. He's one those those inspired by the Russian 90-year failure, he only attempted to soften his image so people wouldn't peg him as such. Not enough people are stupid enough to vote for someone advocating the US become the USSR.

I'm sorry, but you're wrong. He advocated more of the Nordic model, not Communism. Communism was just an attempt by the righties to discredit him as much as possible using a McCarthy era tactic.
Communism is not a system that has ever been implemented, nor is it a system that will ever be implemented. Referring to Socialism as Communism is a way to distance themselves from the 90 year failure. I'd also like to point out that advocating something and intending to implement what is advocated are completely different things. Bernie CLAIMED to be a Democratic Socialist after displaying a love for the USSR for nearly his entire lifetime.

You ever heard of Karl Marx? Communism is real. I'm sorry bust your bubble.

Bernie always claimed to be a Democratic Socialist. Only the righties have pegged him as a USSR lover. Funny too. Because Sanders trip to the USSR was to see first hand how people lived there, and to extend an olive branch to a sister city. Yet when Trump wants to create friendship with Putin it's a good thing. I'm amazed at the hypocrisy.

You're comparing two different things.
Trying to repair relations with Russia is a good thing.
Bernie wants communism light, which is worse than barry's version.

The crazy things is, most poor decisions made by the government over the last 20 years, Bernie has voted against them. That should be telling.

I'm sure we don't see eye to eye on a lot of what constitutes poor governance, and I'm sure Bernie has voted for things I'd find absurd. I realize he's not an anti-gun zealot, but he has voted in favor of a lot of questionable laws which doesn't make sense since he's from Vermont.

Of course it's real. A real hypothetical concept, but not something that was ever implemented by any society ever.

No, he hasn't. He claimed to be a Democratic Socialist during the election. He hasn't claimed to be a Democratic Socialist 'always'.

Ohohoho. Find one single post where I EVER supported that. Go for it, hotshot.

Not all of Bernie's supporters are Socialist either. Bernie wasn't a Socialist, he was a Democratic Socialist.

I think the guy is batshit crazy, but I will acknowledge that I think he is a true believe in wealth redistribution.

To a point that he might actually take a lot more from the real wealthy, rather than pretend like the rest of the democrooks do, and funnel it into programs for the poor. If there is an "honest" democrook, Bernie is the closest you'll find. .

On the surface that sounds all rainbows and unicorn vaginas, but as government consistently proves to be incompetent and inefficient the poverty rate will not decline. It would be more likely to increase with government handing out more cash.

That's why democrooks like to demonize the %1 on TV and suck their cocks in closets at cocktail parties and fundraisers. They know that shit don't work, but they are empowered by people who mistakenly believe democrooks give a fruit fly's fuck about "the little guy".

Bernie strikes me as the sort of fool who gives an Ox's fuck.
He struck me as that, too. He isn't, though. He's the type of USSR supporter that lives in a penthouse because he's part of the government, while convincing everyone in shanties that everything is equal and they live in paradise. Hence voting to dump waste in low-class neighborhoods. He really got the Socialists on his side with his "I totally care about the poor" facade.

HAHAHAHAHAHA You can't be serious? You are so brainwashed. Sanders just bought a $600,000 home. Do you realize that isn't all that expensive of a home anymore? Do you realize that Bernie's wife is a retired college administrator? Do you realize Bernie has been working as a Senator since 2007 and before that worked in the Vermont House of Representatives? As a Senator he makes almost $200,000 PER YEAR. He also gets benefits from when he was a mayor. He is actually one of the poorest members of Congress.

I'm sorry, after this statement there is no more discussing things with you.

I am not a Trump supporter. This election, I supported "Not-Hillary". That being anyone who had a shot at beating Hillary. I don't trust Trump, I do not like Trump. Calling me a Trump supporter is outright misusing the term.

Brainwashed? Nobody brainwashed me, I research information on all sides and look for the evidence, and form my opinion from that. You're only calling me brainwashed because I'm not a Socialist whackjob.

Bernie's current living standards has nothing to do with his goals. I told you what he wants, not where he is. His position is where he wanted to be to change the government, not where he wanted to be to earn the most money.

You must not read many of my posts. I only drew parallels between the two, dispelled myths, and showed Hillary was even worse. I supported Ted Cruz.

No. You said he was a fake that actually lived in a Penthouse apartment and didn't really care about the poor. You're wrong. I hope as you get older and you live through life's experience it will help you make a more informed decision on life. Maybe one day if God forbid you have a disaster in your life that makes you homeless, you'll learn that this world isn't all roses. You really have no idea how close we all are to living on the streets one day.

I've lived it. I've had the american dream, with a house, a brand new car, and a good paying job. I've also had nothing but a trash bag full of clothes and living at a homeless shelter for 5 months. So yeah... nothing is a better teacher in life than living it.

I already knew of Bernie's ACTUAL living conditions. He IS a fake, though. Well, less a fake, and more someone who tricks the uninformed into thinking Socialism is an ideal that actually works.

Calling yourself informed is misusing the word. Being poor at one point in your life is not an excuse to advocate a system that can't work, which steals from the successful, and rewards failure.

Maybe you should have equipped yourself with the skills to succeed in life, you'd have never been poor.

Maybe you'd be at home in the Green Party. They carry your ideals.

And if that happens, it's their own fault, absolutely nobody is obligated to help them, and forcing them to is thievery.

I'll remember you when I need an example of how age doesn't always mean wisdom, and farting dust doesn't mean you're worldly.

You're a Socialist who wanted to stay hidden.

I was referring to his ideal lifestyle. What he wanted to do. Living in the USSR as a politician, living in a penthouse, convincing the poor that they live in paradise.

Ahhh the ignorance of youth. EVERYONE is one moment in time away from being poor. EVERYONE.
And if that happens, it's their own fault, absolutely nobody is obligated to help them, and forcing them to is thievery.

I'll remember you when I need an example of how age doesn't always mean wisdom, and farting dust doesn't mean you're worldly.

If something happens in life that makes someone poor it is their own fault? Gotcha. Enjoy your youth. Ignorance is bliss!

Edit: I guarantee you will not find a single person on this forum over say... 40, that will say that you don't learn more from life's experiences than you do in reading books and on the internet. Try it.

You'd know, wouldn't you?

Of course it's possible. Some people just choose not to learn, or are incapable of learning. Socialists are a prime example of choosing not to learn.

I'm not trying to be mean to you. I know you can't control how old you are, but it is what it is. You absolutely can not substitute books or internet for life's experiences. You have no idea what responsibility is until you have to get a job, pay mortgage, pay a car payment, pay insurance, pay for food, shoot a gun, train in the military, have to defend your life against an attacker, ... everything. Or until you deal with things like finding a friend overdosed on drugs, or traveling to a different country, or witnessing a murder, or having a long term relationship, or having major surgery, or so many things that you just have to experience.

I'm serious, if you don't believe me, start a thread about it. Ask people if you can gain wisdom and just as much experience from books and the internet as you can with life's experiences. Don't believe me? Ask the people.

I won't deny I haven't experienced some of those, but you also don't know what I have experienced. You shouldn't assume I don't know anything just because I'm less than half your age.

You don't understand what I'm saying. Of course it's POSSIBLE to learn more from life than you can from books, but it depends on the person. Some people, like Socialists, refuse to learn.

Wrong. Sorry. Way to change your tune though about life's experiences.
