This has never been a problem because we have never had a president with a family owned multinational business empire closely managed by the principal owner. Traditionally, presidents have turned over their financial assets to a trust for management in order to meet legal requirements and to avoid issues of conflict of interest. Trump has said he may turn over the business to his family but then again maybe not. There is no law that prevents him from managing and promoting his business interest while president.

We may just have a Commander in Chief/CEO. He could of course assign his VP with the job of managing the nation while he took care of the business or maybe some job sharing arrangement with Trump taking care of the bully pulpit while Pence takes care of the less important jobs of the president.

1. Trump will never become President.

2. Refer to number one if you have anymore questions!

As many times as he has said who would run the company, the same people who run it now. Democrats are still going to make this into a Trump outrage of the Day.

He's NOT going to be President so there's NOTHING for you to worry about:clap2:

If you believe Trump has any chance whatsoever to win this election, you're not paying attention, or delusional like Romney supporters in 2012. The statistical models have Trump at around an 11% chance of winning., and betting odds are around an 18% chance. He's down 200 EC votes as of today 369/169.

Yeah, but social media trends!!!

I have to write this because this is the new poll the Trump voters believe in!

USA Today did this article about how some idiot claimed that Social Media Trends show Trump leading without understanding that there is no way Trump will win California or even his home state of New York, but Trump voters will be damn with reality and will tell you how their candidate will win big and if not he was cheated!

Romney was a better candidate than Trump but don't tell those voting Trump that!

The real question is, if Hillary wins, will there be a price list on the White House website for people who want to buy influence?

May not be a Trump organization for much longer. It becomes harder and harder to stomach being in the same room with such a small fraction of a man for many reputable business persons.

If you look at the lone asset of the Organization, it has been the name “Trump”. It is sort of the same as slapping the “good housekeeping” seal on something.

Now that the name is linked to idiocy, racism, bigotry, and hate…if Trump had shares for sale, I wouldn’t buy them.

I hear you can buy the nuke codes from the Hildebeast for half a million donation to the Clinton Crime Family Foundation if she wins!

Better to ask who wants a President that is going to be spending the next upteen years in a courtroom over Trump University? 3500 class action law suits that will be in court shortly.
Yes, Trump University Was a Massive Scam

His 3 older children are all VPs and could easily run it for him...Don't Jr. Would make a great president of the USA!
The only reason he's running for president is to enhance the Trump brand. He certainly wouldn't leave it in the care these idiots.

I think he would continue to manage the business while president using one of the boys as a figure head. His only problem would be scandals over conflict of interest but scandals have never phased him before.
