--ability to identify what the problem is and actually find a solution for it
--courage to fail and try again and again until a difficult solution is found

1) usually immigrants need money to help them get work in the country... it takes them at least a year and a half to get work permits once they get their work permits they start paying more taxes ... but on the whole, they are in a greater need for help because they aren't able to work until they get their green card ... still they pay taxes in the country with the money they receive nothing is for free ... once they get their green card they start payin income taxes
