What do you think of Romney's speaking style?

Highlighted portions off topic.

When you find an example of anyone being able to speak and be audibly heard here at USMB let me know.

Until then, your question is ridiculous.

Fortunately, you are as dumb as a post. Otherwise, your ugly, bigoted outlook on life could have some real consequences.

The title asks the question I answered dumb-ass.

I wonder if you sometimes feel foolish with these little exchanges we have? If you were realistic you'd feel pretty stupid right now.

Inauthentic. Like he's blatantly coming up with spin on his feet, and then he says his statement like an "aha!" tone of voice.

I'm interested in finding out if my opinion of the man's speaking style matches that of other USMB members.

Anyone have any thoughts? Can you describe it in 50 words or less?

Thanks.

he's awkward; corny; the reciting song lyrics thing is really odd.

Yup....he's a nerd.

Obama's cool. Mr Slick.

Revenge of the nerds.

LOL Yup. He's not a flashy speaker but he gets his point across.

Barry and his teleprompter are full of flash and we can all see how far the flash has gotten this country.

I'm sure everyone has made up their minds according to whatever prejudices they may have toward him.

I think he's upbeat and intelligent. I don't hear him lying all of the time like Obama, and when he talks it's usually something positive. It doesn't make me want to change the channel or punch him out like Obama does.
Spot on, mudwhistle! :clap2:

It's so sad the Democrat Party faithful have to resort to such measures for covering the heiney of Barack's limp presidency of increasing gas prices, which is well-taped and well-videoed as we've all seen, smooth-talker Obama's deficit every month of his presidency, a national debt that has broken all sound barriers, and his Democrat Party nonsense talkers obfuscating the real cost of Obamacare as only under a trillion, when it actually barks up the tree at $1.76 trillion, forcing a 2500+-page whitepaper down the American gullet by having Nancy Pelosi stick it to the people with the shinola of "don't read, don't ask, just pass."

As for Mitt Romney, he keeps reminding the American public about Obama's war on the economy, and keeps moving toward a locke (tm) on the nomination. It will be Mitt Romney who makes Obama a one-term office holder who has nobody to blame but himself.

I do pity the malarkey their guys have to keep coming up with to protect Obama. It's too bad you don't join in the fight to protect the American people from Obama.

Lone, when you realize I'm right, you won't even need the cry towel I was gonna post but will save till later. :lmao: :lmao: :lmao::lmao::lmao:

He has good speaking qualities, but I am more interested in what he will and can do as our Leader, not his speaking ability. I believe the man will be our next president.

Good point, ecinicola. You know, back when Massachusetts brought in a Republican (Romney) they were knocking on the door of bankruptcy with scandals everywhere. In desperation, they elected Romney on a wing and a prayer. Romney turned their deficits around plus reached out not only to his party, but to the Democrats as well.

Romney is a man of the American people--of ALL THE AMERICAN PEOPLE.

Obama surrounds himself with a tunnel-visioned class of people with one thing in common--they're yes men to socialism. Can you say yuck? I can!!!

Romney, Romney, he's da man!
To throw Obamey on his can!

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Romney is going to lose by Goldwater level proportions...

I agree. Why is Obama so afraid to get away from his teleprompter?

If you truly cared about style, to the point where it was the deciding factor in your choice of Presidential candidate, you wouldn't have chosen 0bama, a poor public speaker...

fuckstain...

Poor public speaker?

You forgot to mention the Telepromter

At least you admit it...

So House...

When do we get to talk about the speaking style of your favorite candidate?

Oh yea, I forgot........you don't actually support anyone or anything

Goldwater was scarey, Obama is far scarier. Do the math. Now, say it after me, "Obama is going to lose by Goldwater level proportions, and all the money in George Soros' wallet will not come to his assist."

Sorry to disappoint such a chipper fellow as yourself, JoeB131, but no ankle-snapping at Governor Romney is gonna steal his awesome thunder. :)

Romney talks to Americans like a nice man talks to children.

LOL... He'd do well hosting a kids show or something.

By allowing the corporatists to push Romney on us, we've allowed them - once again - to ensure that we have virtually no choice. Democracy in this nation is a sad, pathetic joke.
