Do you know what organization the statements below describe?

(made up of)"White, lower middle-class, Protestant Americans in the North and Midwest were fearful that immigrants were changing traditional American culture"

"opposes immigration, and foreign entanglements"

" God has raised up this great patriotic organization to unmask popery.”

"exercised great power at the ballot box, helping to elect governors -- house members -- Senators -- Supreme Court"

"The organization claimed to stand for morality, but its leaders provided the worst possible examples"

Any guesses?

Let me give you a hint, the name initials are KKK

You dropped your broad brush.

Democrats if you look at history

so it sounds like Dems....your link literally answered your own question.
Democrats of the past but today the KKK is all about Trump and MAGA.
In recent years the KKK and other white supremacists did not enthusiastically support either party. Trump and MAGA brought them to the Republican party.
When Trump and MAGA go away, I don't see KKK and white supremacist liking the Republican part near as much.

At one time you were correct but not today. KKK openly supports Trump and MAGA. As do neo-Nazis and white supremacists.
Actually the KKK and white nationalist openly support Dems....here is Joey Xiden giving the eulogy to a Grand Dragon: Video: Joe Biden eulogizes former KKK member Robert Byrd in 2010 | Daily Mail Online

Here is a KKK Grand Dragon endocring Clinton in 2016

Ku Klux Klan Grand Dragon Will Quigg Endorses Hillary Clinton for President

Here is leader of the White Nationalist movement in the US today, Richard Spenser, voting for and endorcing XIden: Alt-Right Leader Votes for Biden: 'To Hell With Libertarian Ideology'

White Nationalist Richard Spencer Votes for Joe Biden: 'To Hell With Libertarian Ideology'

Spencer, who popularized the descriptive term "alt-right," voted for Donald Trump in the 2016 presidential election. After the drone strike that killed Iranian general Qassem Soleimani, Spencer withdrew his support for Trump. In 2020, Spencer said that the GOP had become "ineffective" and declared his support for Biden

KKK is a nothing. Dried up after the democrats abandoned the cause
Not dried up but not nearly as strong as in the past. New white supremacist organizations have attracted the white supremacists.
Patriot Front
America First
Proud Boys
Oath Keepers
Boogaloo Bois
On and on
There have never been more white supremacist groups in the USA.

Many were a the Jan 6th riots. Most if not all support Trump and MAGA
