Zelenskyy is catching and forced conscripting mostly people with zero motivation to die for him, who never served in the army, often disabled. I'm not certain of what you are saying, but I know from multiple sources the Bolshevik revolution began and extended with murders, including the Czar, his wife, their eleven children, two of whom were babes in arms. The Bolsheviks killed as many of the Czar's relatives, friends, and staff as they possibly could. The 1930s were when the Russian KGB lambasted the Ukraine through the end of WWII with KGB murders and methodical eradication of Ukrainian farmers the communists obviously hated, so they played a game of cat and mouse that successfully killed off Ukrainian farmers who were Europe's breadbasket. You can't hide the millions of Russian citizens they considered "undesirable" and killed. It was as vicious as the German holocaust which killed off very close to 6 million European Jews with the approval of some of the governments, such as Italy when Mussolini befriended Hitler for a very unholy alliance in WWII. I did not read Goebbels propaganda. The Russians murdered a lot of people from the 30s through the 40s, while others had their attention focused on getting rid of Hitler's whose mad ambitions were to kill Jews along with his bud who was the Mayor of Jerusalem who provided him two army units to help deal with the Jewish genocidal push. The US refused to transfer M1 Abrams tanks to Ukraine after disappointing intelligence data. This is written by the Chinese edition of Tencent.

The question of whether to betray tanks to Ukraine became a key one at a meeting of NATO representatives at the American Ramstein airbase in Germany. Some members of the Alliance reproached Berlin for refusing to send Leopard 2 to Kiev. German Chancellor Olaf Scholz retorted that Germany would not transfer this equipment until the United States sent its M1 Abrams tanks to Ukrainian troops.

As a result, the American authorities said they refused to supply Abrams, citing logistics problems. As Chinese analysts emphasize, in fact, Washington has much more reasons not to give heavy tanks to the APU.

First, the United States, like Germany, fears a backlash from Russia. Secondly, Abrams is a complex and expensive machine, the management of which is entrusted only to professionals, who are not among the Ukrainian army. Actually Afghanistan....they have the Chinese made stuff and is cashed strapped to the point of selling munitions.

Obama lifted Iranian sanctions....Biden telegraphed turning a blind eye towards sanctions but now he is regretting that decision. So I expect some changes to happen too late....but the battle front is never where you expect it to be. If those arms shipments get "intercepted " or something happens then Russian Conscripts won't have anything to shoot.

Not to mention that advanced weapons require longer training periods than 6 weeks....more like 6 months. And Russia doesn't have the luxury of time. Neither does Ukraine....although Ukraine has been sending soldiers out to be trained everywhere.
