That's a 10 year old's answer to a matter too difficult for a child to comprehend. What's your excuse?
That's a common joke that like all jokes has a basis in reality.

Alito's tortured opinion has been thoroughly dismantled and flushed.Abortion is not a right.
Please cite the case when a ham sandwich was indicted. We both know your silly post is in service of not having to examine the facts while failing to acknowledge grand juries made up of ordinary citizens has in 4 instances voted to criminally indict Individual 1.That's a common joke that like all jokes has a basis in reality.

That's absolutely gibberish. The courts don't take the authority, they only say whether the state can or cannot regulate it. Either the authority is with the people or with the government.Under Roe the Authority was with the court at the federal level, unconstitutionally I might add.
Dobbs fixed it so the people of the State can decide how their abortion laws are setup.
Abortion is not a right.
Haha rolling stone? I guess they don’t have any college kids to falsely accuse of rape these days…It's apparently just a "catch and kill" thing just like the national inquirer. or rather catch and delay.

Team Trump Is Ready to Lose the Supreme Court Immunity Case. They're Celebrating

You're pathetic attempt to reframe Roe as some assumption of government authority is idiotic.
Gibberish. the problem is with your warped view on the issue. In Roe they did, which was the entire problem with Roe.
Gibberish. the problem is with your warped view on the issue.
Roe took the authority from the state and gave it to the individual. You wanted to take the authority from the individual and give it back to the state.
The conservative court favors rights for the groups they like and favors stripping them from the groups they dont.
Nope. Roe said the state took authority that they never really had.Reality.
Roe took something left to the States and Pretended the Federal Supreme court had authority. Dobbs fixed that erroneous opinion.
Nope. Roe said the state took authority that they never really had.
SCOTUS didn’t have the authority to regulate abortion any more than anyone else did.
That’s what Roe said.
You’re warping reality to avoid admitting you’re now the authoritarian thug you always have been.
Dobbs took authority from individuals and gave it to the state.Roe was wrong. The State legislatures, as representatives of the people have the mandate to figure out abortion laws.
Roe made up a right, and Dobbs rightly fixed the situation.
Dobbs took authority from individuals and gave it to the state.
Just like you’ve always wanted, more state authority over people you don’t like.
No telling how far you thugs will take this.
Yes. The state. As in big daddy government who will lock you up and take away your freedom for disagreeing with their authority over your body.States. as in State legislature.
it fixed the mistake Roe made in giving the authority to the Judicial branch of the Federal government.
The Judicial branch said it gets to define the situation in Roe, and they were wrong.Yes. The state. As in big daddy government who will lock you up and take away your freedom for disagreeing with their authority over your body.
The judicial branch did not have any authority under Roe. That’s idiotic.
The judicial branch said the government can’t tell people what to do before the third trimester. The Judicial branch said it gets to define the situation in Roe, and they were wrong.
The State legislatures, the people's legislatures, now get to decide the situation.
as intended.
The judicial branch said the government can’t tell people what to do before the third trimester.
The people’s legislature now get to violate the rights of individuals, just like the people’s legislature did under segregation.
No telling how far your legislatures will go in taking away our autonomy. This court is just getting started.
Abortion is a right inherent to the constitution just like desegregation, the right to obtain birth control, the right to marry who you want, the right to have sex with who you want and the right to live a life of liberty and autonomy. They claimed the federal Constitution somehow said the States couldn't do anything before viability, thus robbing the States of their mandated power under the 10th amendment.
Abortion is not a right. Equal protection is a right.
