Trump's lawyer says Letitia James et al will not get away with it

You just showed the forum why you're a Stalinist scumbag.

No he didn't. You label anyone with an opinion different than your myopic racism and Trump Cult worship, a "communist". Communism DIED in 1989.

Donald Trump borrows heavily from Stalin. Referring to the press as the "enemy of the People" was borrowed from Stalin. In fact, much of Trump's rhetoric has been borrowed from the worst despots and dictators of all time. "Make America Great Again" was an echo of "Make Germany Great Again" which Hitler ran on.

"Deep State" was a gift to Trump from Putin. The idea of Trump becoming "President for Life" came from Xi, as did $11 million in Trump's bank account.

In fact, Trump keeps accusing Joe Biden of corruption to cover up his own corruption and the billions his family received from foreign governments. $2 billion from the Saudi's for Jared. The Saudi's bought the PGA for Trump. Millions for Mulvaney.

Why did Donald Trump have to file revised income tax returns for 2021 and pay $9 million in personal income tax on money coming from foreign governments to Trump's personal accounts? What was in those 40 empty classified file folders and where are they now?

And last but not least, are the deaths and exposures of CIA sources throughout the world in 2021 tied to those missing documents, and Trump's sudden income surges from nations around the world?

Sure it will. Do you retards think that even though the orange loser and his stupid lawyers could not win the case in the original court, in the appeals, they will magically be vindicated? :auiqs.jpg:

Keep dreaming, suckers. :itsok:
Also a note, any appeal will take years to be heard.

The ones on the board suffering from TDS

always jump and run to any thread about Trump

what's that all about?

yeh, we know it is TDS but what is the primary cause of that?

maybe this: the love of murdering helpless children

can't get any sicker than that... sigh

God save America

Is that TDS, or is it TDS to post the original thread?

I rest my case

God knows what that last post even means

but whoever said leftists make sense?

Oh, I have read it. A long time ago.
But today, I prefer today's headlines and informed knowledgeable analysis vs. fictional stories from near 120yrs ago.

But that's just me.

True that!
We all agree on that aspect of holding DonT. accountable.

I personally, view my own interest in 'accountability' as simply a behavioral tic of responsible patriotic American citizens who sincerely believe the 'rule-of-law' is a good thing for our society.

And as a corollary I kinda think that those who are resisting or disapproving of any attempt at 'accountability' in this man's case....are merely uber-partisan fringies. (See the J6 Jackasses as an example of such.)

No disrespect intended.
Hardly anything from - The Jungle - was fictional.
based entirely on Real humans and real conditions.
Yer a buffoon at best.

I ain't gonna fret over your angry 'buffoon' epithet. You be you. Use the tools that your education limits... allows you to use.

But, back to Sinclair's novel 'The Jungle'.....it was fiction.
And is categorized as such in every library.

Now, was it based on personal observation by Sinclair of real people in real conditions? You bet it was. He spent weeks on the slaughter and cutting floors of the Chicago meat processing industry 120yrs ago.

His novel was condemnatory towards the exploitation by owners of the laborers in the slaughter-houses...both in hours, pay, conditions, lack of social support, etc.

But, Sinclair's biggest impact was NOT to change the exploitive behavior of capitol towards labor.

Rather, his novel spurred significant changes towards hygiene, and food safety for the meat product emerging from those kill-floors.

You are missing the significant points, poster Foolardi.

IMHO

It was based entirely on Real Life conditions ... Palsy.
Like the way Immigrants were located in very depressed
areas of Chicago located around nearby stockyards where
conditions were Not safe.
Immigrants willing to rough-it had no choice but to
live in that environment.
Milk was exploited to last far beyond any notion of
of a fresh expiration date.So Immigrant infants were used
to drinking Milk that had a purple tint. That tint was exposure to
Formaldehyde ... Bub.

The true Sad Sack fact is this stinkin' plot by New York's
worst is not going to be well received in History.
Nor most Big Mouth New Yorkers who live for their
Big Mouths.
One could arguably say Donald Trump has one negative
personality trait. He has and always had a Big Mouth.
Nevertheless he has an innate ability to back up said
Big Mouth.

Only one???

I would say that his complete lack of moral or ethics is another.

Trump's asshole behaviour in the Court Room and the disrespect he showed for EVERYONE there was the reason why the judgement was so high. That and the fact that he defamed Ms. Caroll endlessly throughout the trial.

I notice Trump is no longer publically talking shit about Ms. Carroll.

your guy is suffering brain damage, and he's a doucebag.

The guy who supposedly has "brain damage", is running circles around your guy, who thinks that George Washington took over the airports, and Putin is a great leader.

Talk about a douchebag. Trump has cheated members of his own family of their share of his father's estate. He cheated on all three of his wives, and very publically. He stole from his family charity and had his chartered revoked for doing it.

And then there's the convictions for fraud, tax evasion, sexual abuse, and the 91 other charges he's awaiting trial on.

And, money laundering at his casinos and in Panama.

Trump has to pony up the money soon, appeal or no appeal.

His request for a 30-day extension was denied.

In order to appeal, the money has to put into escrow first. That sort of law was made to address deadbeats like Trump, so such shysters couldn't use endless frivolous appeals to avoid paying up.

In an appeal, the assumption going in is that the lower court was right, so very solid evidence that the lower court was wrong must be presented to have any chance of winning on appeal. Given how airtight the decision was, I don't see that happening.
