When the FBI conducted the Search by Warrant, Trump could have claimed in writing the documents were declassified.

When the Grand Jury was empaneled. Why didn’t Trump sit down and tell the Grand Jury the documents were declassified under oath?

Of all the motions Trump has made since criminal charges were filed, not one of them introduces the argument that the Documents were declassified.
