I think the point is that nothing happened in Sweden last night, Trump lied as have everyone of his supporters who have posted

And that "Sweden" comment he made has to be called a lie and not merely a mistake because there's just no basis in fact for claiming Sweden experienced a terrorist event last Friday. It's just Trump "piling on" and sensationalizing because he knew damn well that nobody in his audience was aware of terrorism in Sweden from the prior evening. His saying that was purely to create shock value and to make the press have to correct him, thereby feeding into his narrative and strategy of making the press be the enemy.

Claiming to know what everybody knows is a sure sign of insanity.
