It creates a major loophole in the system that allows predators to get closer to our women and children. Asking a transgender to use the men's room if he has a package between his legs is not discrimination. It's common sense. Discrimination and violation of civil rights would be telling the transgender they can't use any of the restrooms.

I wouldn't say it has happened a lot, but I have used the restroom a cross dresser was in a few times, nobody beat them up. Sure they got laughed at on most of those occasions, but nobody beat them up. It's not like a restroom is a place to hang out and make friends.
