But, but, but...insurances have menus of what they will pay. As I understand it, your doc may charge $50 for an EKG, but insurers will pay 80% of anywhere from $25 to $35 depending on the market you reside in. I guess if the insurer is private your doc can bill you the difference, but not so with Medicare. Medicare has contracts with all accepting docs that what they pay is IT. If you charge the patient or their COB more than 20% of the Medicare accepted rate, they can drop you like a hot rock. And if Medicare drops your doc, he/she loses a lot of business. That's what I heard anyway. So if insurance rates are set, what has that to do with uninsured non-paying patients?Less people coming here illegally to use up US resources, the less healthcare systems go up. I know, you barely graduated 6th grade but hey, even those who use Geico know how to save money...Can you explain to those of us less able to connect those dots how building a wall across part of our southern border will bring healthcare costs down? Insurance providers are not affected by the treatment of the uninsured so why should their rates go up based on that excuse?for every 1 person who has to pay $600 a month, 2 illegal aliens walk into the clinic say they cant speak English and get free healthcare. Saw it in Prince George's trauma center all the time...Want cheaper healthcare, BUILD THE FUCKING WALL...With the fake tax breaks that the new tax law came with, is time to hand to the average Americans hikes in their health insurance premiums, the horror stories i've heard is unbelievable. Due to the pig in chief interventions, people are seing increase in their premiums by as much as 34%....Personally, I've seen people, complaining about the hikes and how it will affect their daily lives....and we all know who cause this shit.
A couple has to pay $600/ month and almost the same amount is paid by the government, while other countries they pay a lot less. And the crazy part they may not go to the doctor for 12 months but if they do have to go to the hospital than they pay an arm and leg.....I fucking walk to hospitals in Europe and some third countries, get taken care of and walk out without paying a dime. WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH AMERICAN HEALTHCARE system?
