Ohmahgawd what an awesome article this is! Since finding it and posting this, I've followed the guidelines and the stabbing pain in my lower back has decreased unbelievably. Try it.

As someone whose lower back is driving me crazy, this article appears to be a life-saver. Just trying it for a few seconds gave me instant relief. Now it's but a case of doing my best to keep practicing it.
