God speaks to everyone through the written word. He speaks to the church through the Spirit.

When you are saved through "water baptism" and born again (the old man is dead to sin and the arisen man is sin free, just like and innocent child at birth)........you ".....have been delivered from the domain of darkness and transferred into the kingdom of His (God's) beloved Son (Jesus Christ)." -- Col. 1:13 The kingdom and church are synonymously used....meaning they are the same the church is the kingdom (Matthew 16) and the gates of Hades (the grave) shall not stand against it.

Question how can God speak to everyone through the written word with no ambiguity ....but speak separately to the CHURCH separately/differently ......when the church (aka known as the bride of Christ) is made up of Christ's people? God wants to speak secretly to the church leadership while keeping the members of His Body.......hearing only through the written word? This is directly contradictory to the word written to everyone (as you suggested)........................each and every member of Christ's body....the membership or laity as commonly described, is a member of a Royal Priesthood that can approach the throne through our High Priest (Jesus Christ) who stands as our advocate, who stands between our sin and God. (1 Peter 2:9-10, Heb. 4:14)

There is no need nor requirement for a special council of supposed enlightened church Leaders that speak for Jesus Christ......there is no need for a Pope........or a Modern Day prophet leadership, no need nor requirement for any type of physical sacrifice conducted through the supposed enlightened few. Jesus speaks to us, the members, the body, through Jesus Christ today, (Heb. 1:1-2) through the written word that can be calibrated for truth. The word of God is the weapon of the Spirit, the sword of God......and it is not wielded separate from the Word. (Eph. 6:17-20) There is no separation.......we are to worship with one voice, one union, one purpose .........ONE BODY. And only the Word of God can calibrate this spiritual union.

Thus, it is explained, the mystery is revealed: This reality we call our physical reality exists entirely within the God of Creation who dwells in the Spiritual Realm called Heaven......this explains the omnipotence, omnipresence and omniscience. How God can be all powerful, all knowing while existing everywhere within the physical realm that He created. This entire reality is located "within" the God of Creation.

Just as the kingdom of God...i.e, the church, the bride of Christ, exists within the believer............this reality exists within God. (Luke 17:21). Its all about Spiritualism and the Spirit from God that He breathed into us (Genesis 2:7).....which reflects the image of God (Genesis 1:27) Those who seek after the physical (things that are created with an expiration date, best if used by......) are blinded to the existence of God's Kingdom. The kingdom is invisible to such individuals.

Jesus attempted to explain this truth to those who followed after Him after the miracle of the loaves and the fish .......He told them to seek after Spiritual Food instead of attempting to fill their stomachs with the physical things that will decay. (John 6:26-27) Jesus' mission on earth was to feed the Human Spirit with Truth from Heaven. He did not come to earth to feed the poor as the poor will be among you ALWAYS. (John 12:8) His mission was to preach the gospel to the poor, (the truth) -- John 18:37, Luke 7:22 And provide to them a path to eternal life for the Spirit which never dies, but goes back to God at death, to judge as He will (Eccl. 12:7)

There is nothing wrong with judgement, we make them every day.....they are called decisions that direct our path. Judgment is simply to be made RIGHTEOUSLY in TRUTH. Don't misunderstand. God's word, the Bible, is available to all worldwide, but the "spirit speaking expressly" is only available to the church. Many if not most don't understand the written word if they are not 'spirit led'.
