The Republicans can only wreck healthcare...

The principal reason the Republican politicians cannot craft a workable health care bill is their ideological preference of the free market over government.
It is not a genuinely free market. The government has a long list of tax breaks, subsidies, and laws that protect businesses that come under the heading of health care. Big pharma is an example. Drugs produced under license and inspected in foreign countries sell for a fraction of US prices all over Europe and Canada. Health care cost would drop drastically if US drug manufacturers had to compete with foreign manufacturers, even if they are made under strict inspections and certified as being the same quality of US manufactured products.

Drugs produced under license and inspected in foreign countries sell for a fraction of US prices all over Europe and Canada.

Why would evil drug companies sell for less in Europe and Canada? Can you explain?
They have to actually compete with each other. That, and the government does not allow gouging, or at least prevents gouging by allowing the competition. In the US, companies are protected under the guise that without those protections the profit margin will make the production of products unprofitable and cause the product to not be produced. In other countries, the attitude is that there will be competition and entrepreneurs willing to produce the product for less profit margin. That is how a free market is supposed to work.

They have to actually compete with each other.

They don't compete here?

That is how a free market is supposed to work.

You think drugs are cheaper in Europe and Canada because they have a freer market?
In Europe, the governments negotiate drug prices and have options about which companies they can deal with. The Epipen that was in the news not long ago cost over $600 in the US. Medicaid and Medicare are by law forbidden to negotiate the price. In Great Britain, the product negotiated for a cost of less than $70. How can the cost of medicine in the US be "free market" when there is a law that forbids the largest buyer of a product, Medicaid, and Medicare from negotiating a price and not allowing the manufacturer that produces the product for Great Britain to enter the competition?

In Europe, the governments negotiate drug prices

Do you know how they negotiate?

they will never come up with a workable plan of their own.

You get what you asked for, conservatives! Your ideology is that everybody should be free to screw each other over in the wild west, unregulated free market.

As such, the insurers and hospitals will screw you over. It's your ideology, it's what you believe in.
A single young guy making $100k will see his rates go down from about $200 a month to $78 a month but a 60 year old couple will go up $43000. That's right.

Don't forget we will all get old.

Only if he purchases a bare bones policy with no hospital coverage, high deductible and high max out of pocket.
They showed the best case scenario and the worst case scenario

Settle down. ACA isn't going anywhere. They just changed the name and moved the money around. That's they way it works when you put government in charge of something; it becomes a political football. And it's not the kind either party is likely to let go of. Now the Ds and Rs get to play "scare the seniors" with everyone, every election. Fun times!

What does this even mean?
The Republican party believes in an unregulated free market system to deliver all the needs in a country. It does not believe in government as it has no use. They make an exception only for the military rather than leaving it up to the free market to protect citizens from attack by a foreign country. In other words, Republicans believe that Government is a problem. It is an ideological dogma. Republicans will say that if you must have a government it should be as small as possible. Therefore, when citizens elect Republicans they are putting people in charge of the government who do not believe in it exercising any authority and that the solution to all needs is the profit motive of business. So, when asked to draft a bill regarding women's health, for example, Republicans will say the market can look after that and the government has no role to play. They wash their hands of responsibility for anything as much as possible.
