It would seem to be a more respectable example of actual patriotism if the supposed supporters of us constitution would have stood peacefully outside the barriers , choosing not to implement violence through destruction of individuals or property , and deciding to prevent others from implementing violence as well , while knowing that being able to arrest and supplant federal and state institutions of governance in the united states is a ludicrous consideration .

Asking to find votes must necessarily include a suggestion that the votes be located through unlawful means , else the accused is entitled to a dismissal of charges by summary judgement .
