So cutting all discretionary spending, the DoE and the EPA while cutting taxes would still leave us with a large deficit.

Did some one ask "How do we return to fiscal responsibility?"

Well, I am not a conservative, but I do have an idea.

First, to every regulation that has a cost behind it, attach two gradesne for pertinence(necessity of regulation) and the other a cost to government grade(The actually cost can substitute as a grade). Use an alphabet-order where pertinence is first then cost to government grade second.

Do the same to Research and Civil law.



Next, determine the actual shape of the laffer curve is for each market

After we do this,find where maximum revenue in terms of tax rate and set the tax rate at that point for each market.


Then divide the revenue according to last years distribution(Understand--this is a distribution according to last years percentage of the budget applied to this years tax revenues. So I am talking about 100% revenue.) Remove cost of government items as pertaining to research, civil and regulations. Remove all "Cost to government" laws, regulations, and civil laws in a reversed alphabet order until we are able to show a 20% saving from the cost of government.



From here, Debate the merits of this 20% savings and empower at most 10%---consider the remaining amount as "excessive costs to government". The above should result in a net savings depending on how excessive these items are.


Finally--open up a public information bank to mine ideas on how the Republic can make money outside of taxation and printing.
