I have a better idea, lets find a way to get the Mega Corporations, Wall Street, and Investment Banks out of my government, so that policies and regulations are not written to expressly benefit them while killing off their small business competition.

Lets start with campaign finance reform so that these mega corps and banks don't get to fund and publize via media their people for us to pick from. They fund both sides of the equation with the small business and majority of the people being what is for dinner.

Lets bring all 761 military bases back, and beef up the national guard for our on borders. As it stands, those bases represent safety and stability for these parasites economic and financial well being at the expense of every American.

What we have in this country is socialism for the rich at the top at everyone else's expense.

Union's day in the Sun has come, and gone. They are now a weight around the hourly workers neck, and the sooner, that weight is removed, the sooner the United States worker will become more competitive in the WORLD MARKET PLACE.

I own a small LLC, and benefits is a decision, that I leave to my employee's, it's NOT, I repeat, NOT my obligation to provide anything except a job.

I'm the LAST one to get paid, I always make sure my employee's get their paycheck, and ALWAYS try to project weeks in advance what work we having coming in, so they can make plans, and a budget. Course, most don't even know how to spell BUDGET, but thats for a different thread.

So, stop the bitching, and get to work, be thankful you have a job.

Changes in the tax laws and a willingness of corporate America to pay huge salaries to talented upper middle class workers has cut the top out of the middle class. Weakened unions, outsourcing jobs overseas, and increased automation has pushed millions of middle class workers into poverty. The unions can only slow down the disintegration of the middle class. They can not stop it, but America needs the time to adjust to the shifting dynamics of the class structure.

Our economy is driven by consumption and it is the middle class that are the big consumers, not the wealthy and not the poor. As the middle class goes, so goes America.
