Success is bad. Wealth is bad. After relying on this mantra, obama's donors are becoming introspective. They are successful and wealthy, does obama think they are bad too? All except for writing the check part. If obama keeps up his "only failures are qualified to be president" monologue it's not likely his support will advance much beyond the ghetto.

For one, recess appointments without there actually being a recess. Passing a tax by lying about it and saying it wasn't really a tax. obama made the argument that his tax was legal under both the commerce clause and the necessary and proper clause both of which were held to be unconstitutional.

As I said, judge, jury, and executioner. It's unconstitutional. We have three branches, and that's to ensure that one branch does not usurp the responsibilities and powers of the others. It protects all of our rights. Except when we have a POTUS who doesn't know what the Constitution is.
