U.S. Asks Taliban to Spare Its Embassy in Coming Fight for Kabul

The demand seeks to stave off an evacuation of the embassy by dangling aid to future Afghan governments — even one that includes the Taliban.

If asking enemies to be nice is the new strategy the savings on the military budget will be immense...it could be Infrastructure Week every week...like it was during the last administration.

We just learned the same lesson every 'empire' going back to Alexander the Great has learned. Afghanistan is going to be Afghanistan no matter how may armies you send over there.

The stupid Moon Bats voted for this clown Joe Dufus and then ignored the fact he stole the election and now we are seeing what a shitty Commander in Chief he is.

If you let weak leaders to assume power then you will get weak leadership. Just look at the weakness shown by The Worthless Negro. Joe Dufus is trying to out do him.

Trump had the right plan to get out of Afghanistan. Joe Dufus packed up in the middle of the night and left. Stupid sonofabitch. Reminds of what happen to Iraq when The Worthless Negro turned tail and ran.

Until the Taliban start flying into our infrastructure again.

Taliban = Death and terror
This will have geopolitical repercussions of which we have no idea at the moment.

Trump is banned on Twitter, but Taliban are tweeting non-stop about Taliban overrunning the country.
It is amazing how well organized the Taliban seem to be + sufficient personnel. Otherwise you can't spread all over the country so quickly.
Taliban look very potent, 20 years of training+equipping of Afghan Army didn't produce any outcome else than costs.

By the way, when the Soviet troops left Afghanistan, (with their banners unfurled), doctors, engineers and other specialists from the USSR remained and worked there for a long time. And Najibullah successfully resisted the mujahideen, who, by the way, were helped by the whole West, Pakistan and the monarchies of the Persian Gulf. Nevertheless, it took them three years after the departure of the Soviet troops to overthrow the government in Kabul.
And if the scoundrel Yeltsin had not banned supplies to Afghanistan, maybe this country would be completely different now...
