Insanity is pretending that ISIS doesn't want to kill anyone who doesn't agree with their warped version of Islam, Mamooth! You may not want to admit that we're at war with ISIS but that doesn't mean that we aren't. As for W? He ran the Taliban out of Afghanistan and ISIS really WAS the JV squad when Bush was in office! Barack Obama is the one who's made ISIS a world wide threat by prematurely pulling out of Iraq and drawing red lines in the sand in Syria and then backing down when they were crossed.
