It was written into her contract and the company agreed. It is a benefit, not an entitlement. She also seemed grateful for the benefit. Something those with entitlements rarely seem to do.

You appear to be reading a lot into this due to a dislike for Kelly. I could see the hypocracy, if it was an entitlement. I just don't see it as anything other than a benefit.
