The problem in Gosnell's case was that these women couldn't get a first trimester abortion, so they waited until the second trimester when they could gather up enough cash to pay for one in his filthy clinic.

But that's okay, you guys pass the Hyde Amendment or some other goofy law, and you pretend abortions are going to magically stop.
