Remember That Poor Little White Girl who got Her head pounded Into the Sidewalk?

You realize when Brown was shot, his DNA would have splattered. Was it blood DNA or touch DNA.

Not even sure why you think this was a big deal or not. Wilson grabbed this kid, pulled his gun, shot him, the kid ran down the street, Wilso kept firing at him, and when he gave up, Wilso pumped him full of lead.

Are you fucking retarded? Do you have a learning disability, Corky?
Why do you keep repeationg lies you stupid motherfucker

Why would they not need to talk to the police if they hadn't done anything wrong.

This seems to CONFIRM the premise that they were swapping merch for drugs.

I agree, anything that happened in the store was irrelevant, because WIlson never knew about the "Robbery" that wasn't. But the Popo only told part of the story.

It confirms nothing

Your whole story is dreamed up
Yes there was a robbery proven on video.

You realize when Brown was shot, his DNA would have splattered. Was it blood DNA or touch DNA.
Both.
Not even sure why you think this was a big deal or not. Wilson grabbed this kid, pulled his gun, shot him, the kid ran down the street, Wilso kept firing at him, and when he gave up, Wilso pumped him full of lead.

You've maintained in the past that Brown was never in the vehicle. Now you're trying to explain it away as something other than what forensic evidence shows.

And no, Wilson did not fire at Brown as he was running down the street and all bullet entry wounds were in the front.

Why would they not need to talk to the police if they hadn't done anything wrong.

I didn't say they didn't need to talk to the police. I said they were probably advised not to do so directly. Meaning, without a lawyer present. People like you might try to place blame on them or make them culpable somehow which is exactly what you did.
This seems to CONFIRM the premise that they were swapping merch for drugs.

No it doesn't.
I agree, anything that happened in the store was irrelevant, because WIlson never knew about the "Robbery" that wasn't. But the Popo only told part of the story.
He DID know about the robbery. The call about the robbery went out as Wilson was finishing up a call regarding a sick baby or some such. He heard the call and so knew about the robbery, he just didn't know Brown was the suspect in the robbery when he saw him and Johnson walking down the street. It was while he was engaged with Brown that he noticed the cigars in Brown's hand. THAT was when he realized Brown and Johnson were the suspects and attempted to stop them.

You've been told all this.

You've maintained in the past that Brown was never in the vehicle. Now you're trying to explain it away as something other than what forensic evidence shows.
Except the forensics have sensible alternative alternative explanations. (Cross contamination, bullet splatter.)

So what we have is Wilson's word vs. Johnson's word. And We know Wilson is a lying sack of shit.

And no, Wilson did not fire at Brown as he was running down the street and all bullet entry wounds were in the front.

One of the wounds would indicate otherwise.

Except, except, except...

You said in the past he was never inside the vehicle. You now say he was. You changed your narrative.

As for the forensic findings, the final DOJ report has Brown inside the vehicle and attacking Wilson via DNA evidence in the vehicle and the bruises on Wilson's face.
So what we have is Wilson's word vs. Johnson's word. And We know Wilson is a lying sack of shit.

You hate the store owner because you think he called Brown a racial slur based on a vague assessment that "He seems like an asshole", which in turn is based on an action anyone in his position would have done: trying to prevent theft of his merchandise.

Your word doesn't carry any weight around here so forgive me if I toss "Wilson is a lying sack of shit" into the trash.
One of the wounds would indicate otherwise.
Not quite. By itself, that wound might be construed as being back-to-front. But taken with all the other front-entry wounds and the forensic evidence at the scene, that seems unlikely.

You said in the past he was never inside the vehicle. You now say he was. You changed your narrative.
Nope, stop trying to gaslight, it wont work.
I don't know or Care if he was in the vehicle or not. The point was, Wilson reacted to JAYWALKING with a physical assault. This NEVER should have escalated to that point.

The final DOJ report just copied the grand jury investigation.
The witness testimony says otherwise.

Except the merch was bartered for. He needed to have a talk to his clerks. He did have a talk with his clerk, which why he lawyered up like a mob boss.

Not quite. By itself, that wound might be construed as being back-to-front. But taken with all the other front-entry wounds and the forensic evidence at the scene, that seems unlikely.
Actually, that wound could mean only 1 of two things.

1) He was shot from behind,
2) He was shot when the arm was up.

Neither looks good for WIlson.

Nope, stop trying to gaslight, it wont work.

Fact: You argued in the past that Brown was never in the vehicle. You said this whenever it was brought up that Brown attacked Wilson.
I don't know or Care if he was in the vehicle or not. The point was, Wilson reacted to JAYWALKING with a physical assault. This NEVER should have escalated to that point.

No, he did not react physically for the jaywalking. He reacted physically when Brown attacked him.
The final DOJ report just copied the grand jury investigation.

How do you know this?
The witness testimony says otherwise.

A lot of the witness testimony had to be discarded because some lied about witnessing the shooting; some changed their stories from interview to interview and the rest; their testimonies didn't accord with forensic evidence.

This is all laid out in the DOJ report.
Except the merch was bartered for.

By who? The clerks on the night shift? Even if they did (they didn't), they had been off shift for hours by this point. The store owner was not obligated to honor any barter his clerks made and he apparently knew nothing about it anyway, even if they had.
He needed to have a talk to his clerks. He did have a talk with his clerk, which why he lawyered up like a mob boss.

You were just complaining that we've heard nothing from the clerks or the store owner and now you claim to know he spoke to the clerks and is why he got a lawyer.

You're going around in circles and you're contradicting your own lies.
Actually, that wound could mean only 1 of two things.

If he was charging at Wilson (he was, according to multiple witnesses) that might explain the arm being up.

No one believes the "Official" story. It's why McCullough was thrown out on his ass.

Why are you a borderline retard?

A robbery where he paid for the merch the night before?
I am better than you boy you have to lie everywhere to pretend you are smart

I state FACTS in your ugly face

He did not pay for it

The so called official story is proven by evidenc e YOu are a liar

Fact: You argued in the past that Brown was never in the vehicle. You said this whenever it was brought up that Brown attacked Wilson.

I doubt I did so explicitly. I'm sure he got into the vehicle after WIlson grabbed him for no reason.

No, he did not react physically for the jaywalking. He reacted physically when Brown attacked him.

Dorian Johnson says differently... and Wilson is a known liar.

If he was charging at Wilson (he was, according to multiple witnesses) that might explain the arm being up.
Multiple witnesses said he had his hands up and was giving up.
The only witness who said the "Charging" thing was insane racist Witness 40, who was known to be a liar, but McCullouch put her in front of the Grand Jury anyway.

No such witnesses exist they were proven liars

Brown did not grab him DUMBASS

The evidence PRVES he charged wilson after attacking him in the car and attemoting to grab his gun

Really, was there a trial we didn't hear about.

What we do know is that the City paid the family $1.5MM rather than putting Wilson on the stand explaining why he shot a kid 8 times over a jaywalking violation.

There was a grand jury which saw the evidence

Settlements prove nothing

He did not shoot Brown obver a jaywalking violation

Once again you are a liar

There was a grand jury which saw the evidence
They saw the evidence that McCulloch wanted them to see. That's the problem. You see, McCulloch acted like a defense attorney, not a prosecutor.

Settlements prove nothing
Sure they do. They show that the city didn't want to go to court with the "Evidence" they had. Especially after Wilson admitted he used the N-word on a regular basis.

He did not act that way.

They saw all of the relevant evidence

Wilsons language is irrelevant. He was attacked and defended himself appropriately
