Most of what Ed Schultz said had some sort of factual background, even if they were biased/twisted statistics.

The same thing applied to Glenn Beck.

They are/were both disinfo agents.

Ratings rule. He wasn't getting the ratings, so off he went. Now his slot will go to a younger guy who might be able to get ratings.

Ed was one of the most popular shows on MSNBC whom was moved to a 2 hour slot on the weekends to expand on their programming.

Previously there were only a few morning shows, then went into old re-runs of dateline and caught on tape episodes for the rest of the day.
