The judge at his Hearing on the late filing charges asked about that as well. She asked why, if this investigation has gone on for the past 5 years, and this FARA violation was out there from the beginning of the investigation, Hunter Biden hasn't been charged with this already - if such a charge was warranted or reasonable.

Biden signed on with Burisma in late 2015 or 2016, and resigned in 2019, before his father announced his candidacy. It's been 7 years. What were they waiting for? Why hasn't he been charged, if that charge is appropriate?

The Trump Cult and the IRS workers are all blaming Biden for interfering in this investigation, but all of the stonewalling, delays in providing evidence or charging decisions all happened when Trump was President.

I keep going back to Trump telling Zelensky he didn't need to actually investigate the Biden Family. They just had to announce an investigation, that Trump could use in his election campaign. I'm sure that Trump thought that Joe Biden would cancell all investigations of his son once he was elected, and but what's being revealled about the investigation since Trump left office, is that Hunter really didn't do anything illegal, and Trump really didn't want him investigated or charged - that would bring out the truth that Biden had done nothing illegal.
