    until Toyota tows it in and repairs it. Barring that, they can have it back.

    I decided this before La Hood said not to drive them...why he apologized for saying that is a mystery.

    And now the Prius is also screwed up?

    :confused:

    Good. You'll keep the environment clean and help create American jobs by driving up demand for American cars.

    I think a lot of this hullabaloo about Toyota is nothing more than the auto unions and our government trying to harm Toyota. I'm sure that some models have an accelerator problem but if things were as bad as some would have you believe, we would all be dodging and trying to get out of the path of out of control Toyota's. Our new socialist leaders will go after Honda and Nisson next with the state run media playing right along, wait and see.

    I have a 2006 Rav4, and I've never had any problems with it (Got it new in March of 06) except with it's V6 engine I tend to drive it too fast, thank goodness Johnny Law likes me!

    It must be very difficult thinking everyone is out to get you. I feel bad for you.

    Jillian, answer me a lawyer type question;
    If ravi drives the toyota, and it malfunctions and crashes into someone, is ravi liable for damages? Or is it all on toyota?

    :confused: I don't care about all that. If Toyota is fucking us over, they need to be smacked.

    When this story first broke, they blamed it on floor mats. I looked at my floor mat and there is no way the gas pedal could get stuck on it...too much of a gap in between.

    Now they've back tracked and blamed it on something else...why should I trust them after they've already lied to me?

    It's all Obama's fault! Because we all know Obama forced Toyota to do something to their cars that have forced a recall. :rolleyes:

    once there's a recall? depends on the law where she lives. i don't practice in florida. i can send her to some good people to ask the question, though. :eusa_whistle:

    honest? i'm not sure the liability issue matters if the gas pedal sticks while you're driving. they think it's a faulty accelerator now, btw.
