I have a 2006 Rav4, and I've never had any problems with it (Got it new in March of 06) except with it's V6 engine I tend to drive it too fast, thank goodness Johnny Law likes me!

once there's a recall? depends on the law where she lives. i don't practice in florida. i can send her to some good people to ask the question, though.

Anyway, how did Americans come to hate what they made, to look down on those who make them, especially when it provided a wonderful middle class life? Gawd, I still love the backroads, windows open, and beauty passing by.....

It's a bitch to stop, and it's not because it isn't maintained. It's always been like that. AND the speed creeps up terribly on it.

someone said that yesterday or the day before, maybe it was you, at the time i didn't believe it, but after lahood made the comment about not driving toyota....it made me wonder

and don't forget people, the toyota cars that have the issue are the toyota's mostly made in the US, in fact the problem came from parts made in the US...i have two toyota's, one scion and one 4runner....both are 80% plus made in japan......no issues
