There were 7 or 8 investigations, and Israel has already paid reparations.

Hamas attacks from civilian towns and amongst civilians, that is on Hamas' head and not on Israel's.

Hide in Hospitals, schools, homes, etc, and it immediately turns that place into a military target.

That is the rule of law.
