Why are so many refusing to protect the children? What worth have we as a nation if we won't protect our children? And this has definitely goten much worse tahnks to the pandering to all sorts of pervs.
Portland family sues Portland Public School district for $9 million after their daughter was allegedly ‘gang r*ped’ in the school bathroom.
The girl was allegedly assaulted by two male students in the Schools Uniting Neighborhoods program.
It gets worse. The boys only received one day of suspension and the school district didn’t even call the police.
Instead, the school conducted their own “investigation.”
At least two of the boys identified themself as women and that information was left out by many news outlets!
The girl was allegedly lured into the bathroom with the boys threatening to find where she lived if she didn’t comply.
They then took off her pants and took turns “forcibly penetrating” her and blocked her from leaving.
School staff also allegedly interviewed the girl without notifying her parents or any legal representatives.
According to the legal filling, since the alleged attack, the young girl has been suffering from the pain, trauma, a gap in education and social anxiety brought on by the incident.
The nine-year-old’s father proceeded to transfer his daughter and younger son to another school, which took a month to accomplish and disrupted his children’s education, the lawsuit said.
The lawsuit also noted other alleged instances where the girl was put in similar situations by male classmates at the school.
Prior to the bathroom assault, one of her classmates allegedly touched her genitals over her clothing without her consent during a class, with an educator in the room, the lawsuit said.
