yup and they can build hydro plants without even needing to build a damLike I said before I have even softened my stance on new drilling........That's a big change for me but I fell like it HAS to be done but OTHER things MUST also be done. We need to build wind farms, we need to build solar panels, we need to use hydro and tidal power plants, and we NEED our gov't to fund research to the logical conclusion of getting off of petrolium based fuels.
