Every Country in the World is in Debt....Do you know why yet? Or are you still processing that fact?

But you paint all Corporations as "bad" just like I do when discussing the issues in political forums.'

That wasn't my intention. And one of the reasons I used phrases like 'when they' and 'many would have some pretty severe personality disorders'. I don't consider all corporations to be bad. Or all to be prone to psychopathic tendencies. So let me rephrase my first sentence to clarify my position:

My main problem with corporations is if they act like psychopaths.

I know it wasn't your intention, it's just how the Right Wing views your statements. Remember, Party bias is a powerful tool for the media to spin.

Because every single one of them is doing lightweight and or heavy Socialism.

Why Socialism Failed The Freeman Foundation for Economic Education

Socialism is the Big Lie of the twentieth century. While it promised prosperity, equality, and security, it delivered poverty, misery, and tyranny. Equality was achieved only in the sense that everyone was equal in his or her misery.
In the same way that a Ponzi scheme or chain letter initially succeeds but eventually collapses, socialism may show early signs of success. But any accomplishments quickly fade as the fundamental deficiencies of central planning emerge. It is the initial illusion of success that gives government intervention its pernicious, seductive appeal. In the long run, socialism has always proven to be a formula for tyranny and misery.

A pyramid scheme is ultimately unsustainable because it is based on faulty principles. Likewise, collectivism is unsustainable in the long run because it is a flawed theory. Socialism does not work because it is not consistent with fundamental principles of human behavior. The failure of socialism in countries around the world can be traced to one critical defect: it is a system that ignores incentives.
In a capitalist economy, incentives are of the utmost importance. Market prices, the profit-and-loss system of accounting, and private property rights provide an efficient, interrelated system of incentives to guide and direct economic behavior. Capitalism is based on the theory that incentives matter!
Under socialism, incentives either play a minimal role or are ignored totally. A centrally planned economy without market prices or profits, where property is owned by the state, is a system without an effective incentive mechanism to direct economic activity. By failing to emphasize incentives, socialism is a theory inconsistent with human nature and is therefore doomed to fail. Socialism is based on the theory that incentives don’t matter.

Capitalism will play a major role in the global revival of liberty and prosperity because it nurtures the human spirit, inspires human creativity, and promotes the spirit of enterprise. By providing a powerful system of incentives that promote thrift, hard work, and efficiency, capitalism creates wealth.
The main difference between capitalism and socialism is this: Capitalism works.

^People post junk like this and never take 10 seconds out of their day to actually learn what Socialism is. Maybe even learn what Communism is and the differences? But there is a reason there is a war on Education. You can't control the minds of the educated.

What does the left really want, to throw all the wealth in a pile and divide it equally?
How about just more equally. The ratio of CEO-to-worker pay has increased over 1,000 percent since 1950. Are you Ok with that? There is nothing wrong with rich people but when the top 85 individuals have the same wealth as the bottom 50% of the world there is something definitely wrong.

I think that you are the one who needs the education. There are many types of socialism.

The socialist political movement includes a diverse array of political philosophies. Core dichotomies within the socialist movement include the distinction between reformism and revolutionary socialism and between state socialism and libertarian socialism. State socialism calls for the nationalisation of the means of production as a strategy for implementing socialism, while libertarian socialists generally place their hopes in decentralized means of direct democracy such as libertarian municipalism, citizens' assemblies, trade unions, and workers' councils coming from a general anti-authoritarian stance
Democratic socialism highlights the central role of democratic processes and political systems and is usually contrasted with non-democratic political movements that advocate socialism. Some socialists have adopted the causes of other social movements, such as environmentalism, feminism and liberalism.

Modern socialism originated from an 18th-century intellectual and working class political movement that criticised the effects of industrialisation and private property on society. The revival of republicanism in the American Revolution of 1776 and the egalitarian values introduced by the French Revolution of 1789 gave rise to socialism as a distinct political movement. In the early 19th century, "socialism" referred to any concern for the social problems of capitalism irrespective of the solutions to those problems. However, by the late 19th century, "socialism" had come to signify opposition to capitalism and advocacy for an alternative post-capitalist system based on some form of social ownership. During this time, German philosopher Karl Marx and his collaborator Friedrich Engels published works criticizing the utopian aspects of contemporary socialist trends and applied a materialist understanding of socialism as a phase of development which will come about through social revolution instigated by escalating and conflicting class relationships within capitalism. Alongside this there appeared other tendencies such as anarchism, revolutionary syndicalism, social-democracy, Marxism–Leninism and democratic socialism as well as the confluence of socialism with anti-imperialist and anti-racist struggles around the world. The socialist movement came to be the most influential worldwide movement and political-economic worldview of the 20th century. Today, socialist parties and ideas remain a political force with varying degrees of power and influence in all continents leading national governments in many countries.
This is what is bankrupting them all.

The Right Wing today, mostly uneducated and poor, think they are broke because Fox News showed them a clip or two of black people abusing the via "Welfare Fraud". The sheeple flocked accordingly. I've seen a lot of blacks on welfare but I've also seen a lot of Whites on welfare. I've seen several of my white neighbors get disability for no good reason while watching Fox News all day and blaming blacks for taxes. But it takes a 1% lawyer and/or a 1% doctor to get disability if you are not actually disabled.

The Right (Republicans, Tea Party, Libertarians) are SCARED TO DEATH of equality. They don't even know why. Watching them discuss the topic is like watching a fish out of water.

All Countries are in Debt.

So who do all Countries have to pay and where are our tax dollars REALLY going?

Robin Hood might have a perspective on this topic.

We had better pull the funding from Timmy's crutch to ensure we pay the bill.

God bless us, every one, except the crippled.

Every Country is in debt to Corporations. Thought the question would have been brought up by now.

My main problem with corporations is when they act like psychopaths. I mean that literally, not rhetorically. When they exhibit the lack of empathy, lack of remorse, demands for immediate gratification, use of cruelty to gain empowerment, exploitative tendencies, etc......all the classic clinical symptoms of a diagnosed psychopath. If corporations are people, many would have some pretty severe personality disorders....and tremendous personal power.

There are entire political philosophies based on the morality of the market. In which case we'd be basing our moral system of psychopathic behaviors.

I find that.... problematic and poorly thought through.
Someone has to pay for your retirement benefits.

STOP the care for seniors now because rich people can't get rich enough? This method of thinking is PREHISTORIC and the Right Wing should be smarter than this. How long will it take to get a smart Right Wing?

For all practical purposes, the question of whether the rich will get richer and the poor poorer has been answered: Yes.

The current ideologically conflict is now if that's the way its supposed to be. With a sadly substantial number of conservatives embracing the idea that it is.

Oh please, you think liberals aren't just as culpable? You lap up that class warfare garbage from your one percenter multi-millionaire candidates that you all run out and vote for who continue to perpetuate the same system that they dupe you into believing they're changing.

Liberal, conservative, Republican, Democrat, the end result is the same.

Again, you don't know what the term "Liberal" actually means.

ALL parties have Conservative and Liberal action. Learn what the terms are and recognize this please.

"Liberal" is a euphemism for "commie." Any other claims are propaganda.

The TEA Party doesn't blame blacks for the debt, asshole. However, they do blame transfer programs like welfare.

Debt is a control point, it keeps people and nations in line because default quickly leads to devaluation and then to ruination. Of course help is on the way in the form of bailouts from the World Bank only you have to dump your social programs for the poor and adopt austerity in the face of widespread economic hardship to pay the bankers, bankers always get paid even if no one else does.

Alex I'll take liberal hate for $800

Liberal amounts of freedom or?

Do you know what Liberal means?

You are just parroting the liberal talking points, you were told to hate the wealthy and you obeyed.

Actually you are parroting the Faux News Sheeple Daily.

No one on the Left hates Rich people. You need to learn politics before discussing them and stop it with your cult media.

I study all parties because I'm not uneducated.

The Left stands against the Corporations that abuse freedoms, put profit over humanity and invest in Government to fool small brains like yourself into fighting for your own poverty and against your own well being.

You know that sounds insane right.

I'm fine with that. The problem is the bottom 50% need to get off their fat lazy asses and stop waiting around for the dumb ass government bunch of incompetents to save them its not going to happen. The bunch of mush brains masses need to wake the hell up.

Do you have a single self authored thought in your head or do you just go through life parroting talking points? Stop wasting your life envying what other people have and waiting on the government to give you a share of their wealth and generate some net new wealth of your own.

So you believe 50% of the world population are fat lazy asses. If they were all working where would the money come from. Certainly not from those 85 individuals which you seem to support and their ridiculous amount of wealth. Are you willing to part with most of your money?
