If Trump lowers business tax and chases the illegals out of the country there is a better chance it will go up than down.
Ive been watching it, as soon as it hits 2 million I'm selling and paying off everything, then buying a 200k house somewhere more remote and more American to retire in.
Maybe a nice log cabin that is off the grid capable in the Rocky Mountains or something.

i dont feel safe here in Naples....god....it may be wealthy,,,,but guess who is doing the lawns/low wage hospitality work? Naples used to be a great place to live in,,,,i cant take it anymore,,,,illegals are everywhere,,,,,im off to Sarasota/Bradenton,,,,its much safer there

I was pissed, i think a month ago? big/beautiful 3/2 in sarasota/foreclosure,,,,185k?,,,,they sold it for about 125!!! DAMMM! that was my house!
I have given up looking in Sarasota,,,they are booming there,,,but bradenton is just north,,,lots of big foreclosures under 130....just have to look at the neighborhood first.....but the one I want looks fine when I looked at the panaramic scan
