It's been a complete given up to now that all Mexican and Latin American migrants would be Democrat voters, in appreciation for Democrats politicians helping them with amnesty votes, catch & release policy, sanctuary cities, etc. No doubt there.
But things might have actually changed now in 2018. The migrants might overwhelmingly (90%) become Trump voters, if they were to make it into the US. This is because although the migrants want to escape crime (esp. homicide) in their home country, they also are running way from poverty, hopelessness and despair.
In fact, many may be coming to the US for ONLY that reason. This is based on the fact that there are quite a few countries that are closer to Honduras and other Central American countries with lower crime rates than the US. Still the migrants are choosing to make the longer trip to the US where the economy is booming, GDP, median income, stock market, and other indicators are setting records. Also setting records is the very low unemployment, including record lows for blacks and Hispanics. With access to the internet in public libraries, the poor of the world are no longer blocked out from information, and are becoming much more informed than their predecessors were.
So if the new migrants were to somehow get past US immigration authorities, and get into the US, don't be surprised if they would represent a new voting bloc FOR Trump, not against him, and a strong one at that.
