With liberal-leaning protesters hot on his trail, Sen. Marco Rubio made sure to skip raucous town halls that have bedeviled his Republican colleagues and announced this week that he was heading to Europe instead.

Here’s what Rubio kept under wraps: he quietly returned to his hometown of Miami on Wednesday night — only to attend an event that he kept secret from the public Thursday when a demonstrator found him anyway and tried to confront him on video about why he won’t appear at a town hall.

Rubio skedaddled.

“Senator, I thought you were in Europe?” the demonstrator asked Rubio in a video first posted by Miami New Times.

“What?” Rubio replied without breaking stride, prompting the young man to refer to “Missing” posters that activists have begun circulating about Florida's junior senator.

"I saw all these missing child posters all over town,” the unidentified man asked. “Are you going to host a town hall? I’m glad you’re ok.”

Rubio: “Good to see you, man.”

“Are you going to host a town hall? We need to hear from you, Senator,” the demonstrator replied.

Rubio kept walking.

The problem is that Tea Party activists used to carry copies of the U.S. Constitution in their back pocket. Today's left wing activists carry a copy of Alinsky's rules for radicals. It's a shame that democrat politician Gabby Gifford uses her own tragic encounter with a left wing maniac to encourage other anarchist crazies.

Ask right wingers like Chaffetz, Reed, Sanford, Scott, Grassley, etc. how much they're "enjoying" being shouted down with chants of "DO YOUR JOB" [in investigating Trump's ties with Russia.]

If these protests keep increasing in both frequency and volume, elected GOPers will either hide back in their DC bunkers OR change their minds about backing a loser like Trump.

I love town halls. They serve the best beer there.
