That's why the dem strategy is such a loser. It's up to Congress to pass a bill regarding DACA. Trump has given his conditions. If Congress...meaning dems...can't come up with a bill, that's on them.

No passed bills by both the House and Senate, become laws without that pen. In most cases.
Like the upcoming budget CR. Some bills can be laws if they can override a veto.
But all are signed that are not, requires that pen.

btw: The new sanctions on Russia 2017, the Great Douche signed a veto-proof law. But still won't enforce it on Russia. Is it so this criminals money/companies etc., can be transferred out of Russia? Can the douche get his out as well?
