First, before Rome converted to Christianity, it was a nation of pagans. Then, after Rome sacked Jerusalem, they took not only the gold and holy relics, they also took the Torah, of which they had 70 copies made. Interestingly enough, in other books, there were always variations (spelling, words, etc) that were different from the other copies, even though they were the same book.
When they compared the 70 copies of the Torah, they saw that ALL of them were exact. They then took those back to Rome, and started to build the Catholic church.
Unfortunately, like I said, Rome was a nation of pagans, and they were reluctant to abandon their pagan ways. So, some of the first lies that were brought forth was Easter and Christmas. Easter came BEFORE Passover last year, as Passover is based on the cycles of the moon, and Easter is based on the Spring Solstice. Same thing with the birth of Yeshua. He was actually born in October, but, yet again, because Rome needed to make the religion pagan friendly, they put His birth on the Winter Solstice.
From there, the lies got worse and worse, resulting eventually in Martin Luther leaving the Catholic church, of which one reason was the selling of indulgences. Remember what Yesha stated? "It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter Heaven", which means you can't buy your way in.
