Fortunately or unfortunately, depending on one's personal view and / or predetermined guilty or not guilty verdict, the Government didn't do it's job and the judge, according to legal precedent and rules of evidence had no option but to dismiss. It's that simple. Blame the Government legal team if you want to blame anyone.
