When Hillary Clinton destroyed government documents that she was required by law to preserve, they asked why criminal prosecution was not forthcoming. The answer is evident that asking for criminal punishment will never occur, regardless of who is asking, demanding, or even filing charges.

It all goes away for those in the upper tier of the justice system.
