Arctic Temperatures Today

Here's the latest from the Arctic.

I try to pick the same 4 cardinal points approximating about 4.5 MILLION square miles (That's a big number). I could have added another 1 or 2MM square miles as both Russia and Canada are in deep freeze, but I'd rather stay consistent with these 4 points around the Arctic.

Cape Billings Russian Federation 1F
NordAWS Greenland -2F
Sachs Harbor Canada -6F
Cape Chelyuskin Russian Federation 16F

Arctic Weather Map
You just said/admonished weather isn't climate, BUT put up a Winter ONE MINUTE WEATHER Snapshot of the Arctic.
You Dishonest Clown.
Is that suppose to 'prove' there's no GLOBAL Warming?

`

Let's see, we have all the scientists of the world stating that AGW is a fact, and a clear and present danger. Then we have the dumb fucks on this board stating otherwise. Oh, who to believe.
What’s the country look like today? Almost entire country except southwest! Winter time, still normal

Sure, absolutely normal, you dumb fuck.

"The NWS issued more than 149 tornado warnings. This is the single, deadliest tornado outbreak in December in U.S. history. While not unheard of, December tornadoes are rare and usually not as destructive. Additionally, the current death toll of about 90 people from this outbreak plus the previous tornado deaths this year makes 2021 the deadliest year for tornadoes since 2011 when more than 500 people were killed. During that year a tornado outbreak in May 2011 killed more than 170 people."

Completely normal for highways from the West Coast to the East Coast to be shut down for snow. LOL You stupid denialists constantly ignore what is obvious to everyone else with a brain, that we are seeing a very large increase in extreme weather events. Both summer and winter.

Winter temperature in winter is climate
Sure, 67 degrees in January in Alaska and record snowfall in many east coast states is completely normal winter temperatures. Oh yes, and swimming suit temperatures at Christmas in the Southeast. Just normal weather. LOL

It is , happens frequently

It is , happens frequently
The previous record for Kodiak Island for this time of year was 45 degrees. A 22 degree jump is rather extreme. Not only does that not happen frequently, it has not happened before. You are such a pitiful liar.

Um, no. A headline writer said that, not Dr. Viner.

We've gone over that many times before.
But that will not stop Westwall from lying again and again about that. In fact, nothing will stop him from lying about everything, from personal qualifications to what the scientists have said. He hates real scientists, and knows very little about science. He will lie about the extreme artic temperatures we have had in the past two decades.

YOU are the liar. Just like your sock, olfraud.

From the Independent report of March 20, 2000:

"Britain’s winter ends tomorrow with further indications of a striking environmental change: snow is starting to disappear from our lives. Sledges, snowmen, snowballs and the excitement of waking to find that the stuff has settled outside are all a rapidly diminishing part of Britain’s culture, as warmer winters - which scientists are attributing to global climate change - produce not only fewer white Christmases, but fewer white Januaries and Februaries...According to Dr David Viner, a senior research scientist at the climatic research unit (CRU) of the University of East Anglia ,within a few years winter snowfall will become “a very rare and exciting event”. “Children just aren’t going to know what snow is,” he said.

David Parker, at the Hadley Centre for Climate Prediction and Research in Berkshire, says ultimately, British children could have only virtual experience of snow. Via the internet, they might wonder at polar scenes - or eventually “feel” virtual cold. Heavy snow will return occasionally, says Dr Viner, but when it does we will be unprepared. “We’re really going to get caught out. Snow will probably cause chaos in 20 years time,” he said. The chances are certainly now stacked against the sort of heavy snowfall in cities that inspired Impressionist painters, such as Sisley, and the 19th century poet laureate Robert Bridges, who wrote in “London Snow” of it, “stealthily and perpetually settling and loosely lying”."

Still waiting for you to provide a link to anything wrong I have said as regards geology, little liar.

The Apollo moon missions found tons of evidence of solar flares and CMEs on the moon.
Sure, moon rocks provide evidence about how many CMEs occured 5 billion years ago (Answer: More than today, but not by a lot). What in glub's name does that have to do with your current conspiracy babbling here about how we're all now doomed to die because the sun will go berserk tomorrow?

If it’s true we’re coming up on the 12,000 year cataclysmic Earth cycle,
The 12,000 year what?

Go on, explain. This should be hilarious.

YOU are the liar. Just like your sock, olfraud.
Whenever you're getting your cultist keister kicked hard, you deflect by accusing people of being socks. That's why everyone now knows that I'm wiping the floor with you.

You claimed Dr. Viner said "Snow will be a thing of the past."

Nothing in the source you provided said that.

That is, with you own source, you demonstrated that you lied.

You have a choice now. You can admit to just making stupid shit up, or you can double down on your lie by lying even bigger. We know you always choose the latter option. You always have before. Because cult.

are you suggesting that one day equals climate? If the old record was 45 degrees, because one day broke that temperature doesn't actually mean a fking thing. It is not unheard of for the temperature there to be warm in December. As I stated.

It's a good thing the internet exists, because otherwise the denier doomsday cultists would have to wear a signboard and spend their days standing on a corner.

They've been predicting imminent catastrophe nonstop for over 40 years now. The end of the world never arrives, but that doesn't diminish their faith at all. Like any good domsday cultist, each time their predictions fail, they just push back the date of armageddon again.
Who pays you to rewrite history?

Prove it

Those downsloping winds compress and warm as they come off the mountains. The entire Alaska Peninsula saw near record highs this weekend. Kodiak’s Benny Benson Airport also set its own December record of 65 degrees on Sunday.

RELATED: Alaska’s weekend Christmas storm was one for the record books

This weekend’s warm weather comes after Kodiak Island experienced what meteorologists say could have been its coldest November on record — measuring equipment on the island was broken for the first nine days of the month. Data for the rest of the month shows temperature swings between 2 and 24 degrees below normal.

Markle said record-breaking events like 60-degree weather in December can’t be directly linked to climate change, but it does increase the likelihood of extreme temperature swings.

Doh!!!!!

The treacherous weather being reported across the nation may pale in comparison to what’s happening at one Alaska national park, where just over 6 feet of snow fell in December. Denali National Park got an average of 2.5 inches a day — for 29 days, the National Park Service says. That’s a lot, even by Alaska’s hefty standards.

Can't make it up.

One thing that is consistent with these dipshits, ignorance.

They are experts at maintaining their ignorance.
