Since Obama took office
Unemployment is no longer rising.
The market is up 40%.
Credit markets are no longer frozen.
Retail Sales are up.
The United States is pulling out of the worse recession since the great depression.

So many voted for and still support Obama, because the alternative is lot worse. Republicans have shown that they are no better at reducing government spending than the Democrats.

Republicans always are fighting to abolish minimum wage and cut umemployment comphensation. They claim that will increase employment and they are absolutely right. Removing the minimum wage will allow wages to fall light a rock. So a lot more people would be employed at starvation wages. Then we could compete with the Chinese. Of course a large segment of population would be living like the Chinese. That would be just fine with the big multination corps. Plus there would be no need to ship jobs overseas. Why send jobs over there when there is plenty of cheap labor here.

I wasn't a big John McCain fan but i think it is now fair to ask if he would be doing a better job at this point? My answer would have to be yes. This current President has done nothing but divide the nation with excessive Race-Baiting & Class Warfare. I don't think John McCain would have divided the nation this way. The Democrats' Divide & Conquer strategy is laying waste to our nation. I really do think John McCain would have been a good leader and would have solved problems with reason & bipartisanship.
